Duo graphic flooring by Bolon in a living room

Graphic flooring by Bolon

Dezeen Showroom: Swedish flooring company Bolon has created a collection of rugs and woven flooring made from recycled vinyl but informed by traditional textile craftsmanship.

Like all of Bolon's products, the Graphic collection is produced in Sweden and includes four refined patterns in various neutral colours that are "designed to stand the test of time".

Duo (top and above) is characterised by a pattern of alternating stripes

"The collection is ideal for high-end interiors requiring both sophistication and durability against wear and tear," Bolon said.

"All our floors are made from extremely durable and resilient woven vinyl, designed to last in high-intensity public and commercial environments."

The collection also includes Gradient and Herringbone patterns

The Graphic collection includes a classic zig-zagging Herringbone pattern, available in black, beige or cinnamon, as well as a pattern with alternating stripes called Duo.

The other two patterns were designed to more closely emulate the look of interwoven carpet fibres, rendered in either a subtle gradient or one of four block colours – black, brown, grey and sandy beige.
