Colebrook Bosson Saunders' Lana laptop stand aims to support hybrid workers' wellbeing
Promotion: ergonomic design brand Colebrook Bosson Saunders has unveiled an adaptable laptop stand specially engineered for hybrid work.
Lana is the international brand's latest laptop stand, designed to meet the evolving needs of hybrid workers in flexible workspace environments.
The stand is engineered to support laptops up to 16 inches in screen size and 2.5 kilograms in weight. It is available in black or white.

The stand's design allows workers to adjust their laptops to the ideal height, accommodating various working arrangements without the need for additional tools or mechanisms.
Lana also comes with an integrated USB hub that enables peripherals and power delivery through a single USB-C connection. This reduces cable clutter around desks and shared working spaces.
When not in use, the portable stand folds flat to free up desk space, while the cable can be tucked discreetly beneath the platform.

Lana can also be used with an external wireless keyboard and mouse to achieve the "full ergonomic benefits".
Colebrook Bosson Saunders explained that as organisations adopt flexible, hot-desking environments, long laptop use has become a source of workplace discomfort, due to different benching arrangements that aren't tailored to an individual's specific height.
Lana is a bid to solve this problem. The portable stand instantly adjusts, raising screens to optimal viewing height.

By elevating the laptop display to the user's preferred height, Lana helps reduce neck, shoulder, back, and eye strain.
The brand explained that this has a positive knock-on effect, supporting employee wellbeing and productivity throughout the working day.
"Lana transforms any work surface into an ergonomic workspace in seconds," said senior marketing manager at APAC, Middle East and Africa at Colebrook Bosson Saunders, Cecil Huang.
"In an era where people can work from anywhere, we've designed a solution that travels with them and adapts instantly to any environment."

According to Colebrook Bosson Saunders, the release of Lana reflects its dedication to designing responsibly and under circular economy principles.
Lana is made from added PFAS-free materials and incorporates recycled content from lower-carbon aluminium and steel, FSC-certified wood, and natural wool felt.
Lana is engineered to withstand daily use for over five years and is backed by a five-year warranty. It is available from 3 February for all markets, followed by a launch in the US in April 2026.
