Nadine Sterk and Lonny van Ryswyck
Nadine Sterk and Lonny van Ryswyck are founders of Dutch design studio Atelier NL.
Atelier NL, founded by Dutch designers Sterk and van Ryswyck, creates everyday objects that highlight the properties of the raw materials they are made from. In 2017 the duo collected sand samples from all over the world to create regional specific glassware with the aim of showing the value of local production and locally-sourced materials.
Atelier NL designed the trophies for the inaugural Dezeen Awards, which were made from London clay. The studio was also named Designer of the Year at Dezeen Awards 2018.
