    sales of air-conditioned clothing have increased tenfold in Japan this summer as the disasters that hit the country in March continue to cause power shortages - ABC News

    Designed by Hiroshi Ichigaya, the Kuchofuku jackets feature a battery-operated fan in each side to draw air inside, over the skin and out through the cuffs and neck.
