Over the next few days we're going to present the five most popular Dezeen stories from each month this year. Number one in January was Manned-Cloud, Jean-Marie Massaud's speculative design for a luxury airship.

Second most viewed was Crystal Island, a project by Foster + Partners in Moscow and billed as the biggest building in the world.

Third was Wardrom, a wall-mounted storage system by Italian designers Paula that you throw your clothes at.

Zaha Hadid's proposal for the Innovation Tower at Hong Kong Polytechnic University was fourth most clicked.

In fifth place is Air Architecture's Guest House for an Anthropologist, an off-grid garden lodging for a buddhism expert in Brentwood, California.
