Competition: five copies of Richard Meier
Architect monograph to be won

We've teamed up with Richard Meier & Partners Architects to give away five copies of the firm's latest monograph Richard Meier Architect: Volume 5, each of which will be personally inscribed to the winner by Richard Meier.

This new volume chronicles Meier's work since the publication of the previous edition in 2004, including the Arp Museum in Germany and the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome.

The book has been put together by graphic designer Massimo Vignelli and features essays by architectural historian Kenneth Frampton and critic Paul Goldberger.

This competition is now closed.

Five winners will be selected at random and notified by email. Winners’ names will be published in a future edition of our Dezeenmail newsletter and at the bottom of this page. Dezeen competitions are international and entries are accepted from readers in any country.

Thirty-two residential, commercial, and civic projects in all are featured, including the Arp Museum in Germany, the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome, the San Jose City Hall, the Broad Art Center at UCLA, and new master plans for Newark, New Jersey, and Manhattan’s East Side.

The development and significance of Richard Meier’s work is discussed in two essays by the distinguished architectural historian Kenneth Frampton and celebrated critic Paul Goldberger, and famed artist Frank Stella provides a personal postscript.
