Dezeen promotion: there is still time for architects and designers to submit entries to this year's A' Design Awards (+ slideshow).

Founded in 2009, the A' Design Awards is an annual juried competition that bestows prizes to exemplary buildings, interiors, furniture and products.

Projects completed within the last 10 years are accepted from any country.

An international jury of academics, design professionals and press members will award Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Iron levels of distinction to projects in a range categories.

Winners will receive a certificate of excellence and a 3D-printed trophy during a gala that will take place in Como, Italy, in June 2016.

Recipients of the prize will also have project information converted into over 20 languages and be given help promoting their work to international media, along with marketing advice.

Past winners include a wooden community centre in the earthquake-affected Japanese town of Yamada by Van Der Architects and SOM's Mumbai international airport terminal, which has a coffered concrete canopy.

Among other successful projects from 2015 are the branding for fashion film exhibition Dressing The Screen, and a house in São Paulo by Brazilian architects Studio MK27.

The final deadline for submissions is 28 February 2016. Results will be announced to the public and published on Dezeen on 15 April 2016.
