Dezeen Awards 2019 is open to enter until 30 May, with discounts of up to 25 per cent available until 29 March.
The year's edition is expanded to include 10 architecture categories, recognising even more of the world's best building projects.
Judges will score projects according to how beautiful, innovative and beneficial they are for both people and the environment.
The urban house category covers any single or conjoined private residence in a built-up setting, from small towns to major cities.
Another category relating to privates house, this category covers any individual or conjoined dwelling in a low-density or non-urban setting, from small villages to open countryside.
This category applies any project used by the public or that serves the community. This includes schools, university buildings, hospitals, medical centres, infrastructure and stations.
The cultural building category is for any project where people go to experience culture. This covers museums, art galleries, religious buildings, visitor centres, libraries, theatres, concert halls, stadiums, arenas and all other entertainment venues.
