Spinnaker is a series of tables created by designer Luca Erba for Italian brand Hessentia, which aims to bring together sculptural art and architecture in the form of vernacular furniture.
The tables are composed of marble tops in either a round or lozenge shape, supported by a sculptural marble and bronze base made of intersecting forms that resemble the sails of a ship.
Spinnaker was featured on Dezeen Showroom this week, alongside products including a hand-stitched leather stool based on a horse-riding saddle and a collection of vibrant fabrics made from recycled ocean plastic.

Sticks is a highly customisable linear lighting system created by Paris-based designer Arik Levy for lighting brand Vibia.
The lighting system comprises aluminium rods of three different lengths that can be connected and configured into various arrangements, in order to create unique light fixtures to suit any interior setting.
Bouclé is a range of cosy, textural fabrics made from wool, alpaca, linen and cotton, created by Italian textile brand Dedar.
Amongst the collection is Nimbus, an ultra-soft and cloud-like wool bouclé; Karakorum, which is made from a blend of wool and viscose to enhance durability; and Lupo, a fire-resistant fabric with a soft and luxurious feel.
The tiles, which are modelled on natural stone found in northern Europe, have a high technical performance and anti-slip rating, which makes them durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings.
