Leather-upholstered furniture from Poltrona Frau feature on Dezeen Showroom

Dezeen Showroom: Italian brand Poltrona Frau has presented a selection of furniture on Dezeen Showroom, including a leather sofa with smile-shaped armrests and a bookcase with panels that users can slide to create geometric patterns.

Poltrona Frau's Nice chair is a table armchair with a curved backrest and seat that overlap to leave a small void at the rear, giving the chair a distinctive character.

Created by design duo GamFratesi, the overlapping elements are designed to provide comfort and support to the user.

The chair has slender metal legs, while the seat and backrest are available in leather or fabric upholstery.

The Happy Jack sofa features armrests that curve to create a smile-like silhouette and a slender, minimal base that gives the furniture a visual lightness.

Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba for Poltrona Frau, the sofa is available in straight and corner configurations.
