Seyhan Özdemir and Sefer Çağlar
Seyhan Özdemir and Sefer Çağlar are the founders of Istanbul multidisciplinary design studio Autoban.
Founded in 2003, Autoban’s philosophy is to create meaningful designs that tell interesting stories and explore materiality. Its signature furniture and lighting collections are sold internationally.
The duo's projects include an interactive Wish Machine installation and Joali Maldives, which was longlisted for hotel and short-stay interior of the year at Dezeen Awards 2019.
Autoban's designs have been on show at art and design events worldwide, including London Design Festival, ICFF and Biennale Interieur.
