MoGuang Architecture has transformed a former garment production factory in Beizhuang into a youth activity center.

The studio decided to retain the original layout of the factory and created a youth activity center comprised of youth education camps, classrooms, restaurants, meeting rooms, and accommodation.

This project has been longlisted in the rebirth project category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
