One House Design has designed The New Office in Shanghai, China.

One House Design moved into its new office in the iconic two-storey building created by Italian architect Vittorio Gregotti.

Evolving from the characteristics of the site and building blocks, the interior design breaks original internal structure and explores the possibility of freedom in a composite layout.

The first floor consists of the reception, exhibition, conference, and leisure spaces – while the second floor is dedicated to office areas and terraces.

It weaves together the indoor and outdoor spaces as well as architecture and landscape, creating a dynamic and comfortable environment. A progressive and sustainable development approach is well incorporated into the design.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
