Basha-Franklin has designed Related Argent's HQ refurbishment in London, United Kingdom.

This project is the refurbishment of Related Argent's HQ in Kings Cross. Related Argent, the urban regeneration and placemaking specialists, appointed Basha-Franklin to renovate their existing HQ to become a unique brand experience, enhancing the sense of belonging, and promoting serendipitous conversations and collaboration.

The design objective was focused on environmentally responsible and user-friendly materials and methods without compromising on aesthetics. A future endurance target was achieved with adaptability, reuse and recycling considered for every specification.

The high-quality experience of space is engaging through layering texture, colour, and connecting with nature.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
