OEO Studio has completed the interior of Noma in Kyoto, Japan.

OEO Studio has finished the interiors for a Noma pop-up restaurant at the Ace Hotel in Kyoto.

"[We] transformed one of the hotel's restaurant spaces into a bold interior that set the scene for an extraordinary dining experience by capturing the spirit of Noma and the culinary vision for Noma Kyoto infused with the design traditions of Japan," said OEO Studio.

The interior concept blends Nordic and Japanese culture to create a warm and tactile spatial experience enhanced with dimmed lighting, welcoming acoustics and an earthy colour palette.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
