London-based studio A-nrd has refurbished and designed a new concept hotel located in a 19th century mansion in south London.

Situated in Croydon's historic Selsdon Park, the hotel boasts 181 rooms plus wellness facilities, a lido, co-working spaces, and restaurants.

A-nrd repurposed the gothic manor's existing features and fixtures where possible, utilising sustainable and recycled materials throughout.

Drawing inspiration from the woodland that surround the manor and its Victorian heritage, A-nrd's interiors combine new and vintage furniture, lighting, and decor with contemporary art.

Bespoke A-nrd studio creations were crafted in the UK by timber sourced from the estate.

This project has been longlisted in the hotel and short stay interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
