Void has designed Delta, a light sculpture flowing through the streets of Oslo.

Delta is an embedded light sculpture that flows through streets and alleys of the Tullinløkka development in Oslo, Norway.

"Through new architecture, passages, public art, bars and cafes, and over an 80-tonne concrete waterfall amphitheatre, this river delta of light guides citizens and visitors through the complex," said Void.

Sensors embedded in the architecture recognise walkers, making them propagate waves of light along the city floor.

This project has been longlisted in the architectural lighting design category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
