DesignAgency in collaboration with Loescher Meachem Architects have designed NeueHouse Venice Beach in California, USA.

NeueHouse Venice Beach is a gathering place for intellectuals, professionals and the creative community to work, dine, and socialize. Drawing inspiration from the urban beachside setting and Southern California’s history as an epicentre of modernism, the design concept includes furniture and lighting that are simple and organic, expressed with luxurious and textured natural materials. The palette of earth tones and oceanfront hues strikes up a conversation with the surrounding landscape. Thanks to seismic upgrades to the 1920s brick building, annexation of an adjacent warehouse and thoughtful interior detailing, this location is reprising its role as a vibrant cultural hub.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
