Sunst Studio has designed the interiors of the first Alpha Industries Europe's brick-and-mortar store in Frankfurt, Germany.

Designed as a brand beacon and community hub, Sunst Studio has reimagined Alpha Industries' aviation legacy through a forward-thinking retail vision.

Emerging from Sunst's earlier brand refresh, the design moved the brand away from making direct military-supplier references, embracing a more contemporary and nuanced identity and spatial design concept.

With its material contrasts and distinctive design elements – such as modular 'Wingracks' inspired by aircraft fuselage structures – Sunst merged historic storytelling with modern retail innovation.

Tactile materials, recessed display areas and cutting-edge fixtures created an immersive, emotionally resonant brand experience that set a scalable blueprint for future Alpha Industries locations.

This project has been longlisted in the retail interior (small) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
