Labotory has designed the interiors of Connect Hyundai Food Centre, a food hall in Seoul, Korea.

Connect Hyundai Food Center is located in Busan, a reimagined retail and dining space that blends elements of a department store and an outlet.

Designed around the concept of a "market by day and night," according to Labotory, the space seamlessly integrates shopping and dining, offering a dynamic and immersive experience.

The zigzag store layout optimises circulation and creates a vibrant atmosphere inspired by traditional market structures.

This innovative design transforms the food court into a lively, engaging space that enhances both shopping and dining experiences.

This project has been longlisted in the retail interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
