Delo Studio has designed Block Chair, a plywood, flat-pack dining chair.

Block is a dining chair made of ash wood, featuring an orthogonal arrangement of components, yet ergonomic and comfortable due to its curved back and seat made of ash veneered plywood.

The original ready-to-assemble three-part construction is easy to build using bolts and a hex key. Over time, worn-out parts can be replaced.

The chair is delivered flat-packed to save space during transportation and ensure convenient storage and is suitable for intensive use in public spaces.

This project has been longlisted in the seating design category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
