Kick.Office has redesigned the bathroom interiors of Casa GS, an apartment in Milan, Italy.
Located in the heart of Città Studi, this newly designed apartment originally featured a dark, uninviting corridor.
The redesign transforms it into a striking promenade, defined by a barrel vault that enhances its linearity and guides visitors to the living area.
"We tried to preserve the existing finishes of the apartment as much as possible, restoring and recovering the decorated cement tiles and the original oak parquet floor from 1930," said Kick Office.
As a result, the spaces preserve the existing high-quality materials and finishes, which confer this project's authenticity and continuity with the past.
This project has been longlisted in the bathroom interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
