Gestalt Architecten has designed the kitchen interiors of Wolf, redefining small space living in a compact townhouse in Antwerp, Belgium.
Nestled in Antwerp's charming Zurenborg neighbourhood, Wolf reimagines the front room of a small townhouse, reclaiming its lost spatial flow and authentic structure through a seamless blend of minimalist aesthetics, raw textures and multifunctional design, creating a fluid, visually striking intervention.

The design introduces a practical entrance zone, an open industrial-style living kitchen and a distinct stairwell.

Drawing inspiration from brutalism, Daniel Buren's graphic stripe patterns and Jacquemus' sun-soaked aesthetic, the space harmonises raw textures with warm tones.

Okumé veneer cabinetry flows seamlessly into a boardwalk-like staircase, while a poured concrete countertop extends into the stair landing.

In addition, a steel-framed glass partition defines the stairwell and a sunny yellow ceiling punctuates the neutral palette, enhancing the atmosphere.

This project has been longlisted in the kitchen interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
