Islyn Studio has designed the interiors of Brass, a restaurant and bar in New York City, United States.

Brass is a transportive dining experience within the historic Evelyn Hotel on New York's Tin Pan Alley.

Rooted in the elegance of a bygone era, the restaurant reimagines the classic brasserie with bold French New Wave flair.

Rich colors, historic detailing and original mosaic marble floors create a setting both theatrical and intimate, where guests journey from the sultry charm of the bar into the grand dining room of Brass, illuminated by a restored skylight and anchored by a central piano.

The result is a lush, layered experience where elevated dining, cultural storytelling and architectural heritage come together in timeless harmony.

This project has been shortlisted in the restaurant interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
