Designed by On's special projects and workplace design team and executed by M Moser, the On London headquarters is a high-performance, human-centric space shaped by nature, movement and sustainability in London, England.
Inspired by the River Thames basin, sculptural rammed-earth walls made from locally sourced clay anchor the design with a strong sense of place.
A minimal palette and natural materials reflect On's Swiss roots and commitment to innovation.
The layout is designed for continuous movement and interaction. Organic circulation routes encourage exploration while meandering paths guide users between open work zones, quiet focus areas and communal spaces.
The workplace reflects On's values by prioritising wellbeing, reuse and environmental impact.
This project has been shortlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
