Uniskin's flagship debut on Shanghai's tree-lined Yueyang Road reimagines skincare architecture through its 'building skin' concept.

The two-storey glass structure features an innovative metallic facade with dynamic shading that mimics neighbouring century-old plane trees' seasonal rhythms.

More than a store, Uniskin House represents the brand's shift from mass observation to personalised care, where intelligent surfaces protect like epidermis, blending skincare science with organic neighbourhood textures.

The responsive architecture creates a living dialogue between technology and nature, offering both climate adaptation and poetic continuity with the historic streetscape.

This project has been shortlisted in the retail interior (small) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
