Studio VDGA has designed The Street clubhouse in Pune, India.

The Street is a community clubhouse on Pune's outskirts for a residential development of up to 250 plots.

Inspired by traditional Indian streets, The Street forms an open, flowing space that fosters interaction, movement and community.

Partially sunken into the site to harmonise with the landscape, the design connects shared amenities and encourages everyday encounters, celebrations and a sense of belonging.

This project offers families a rare opportunity to build homes in a vibrant, well-organised setting that balances intimacy, social engagement and strong community values within a gated development.
