Isern Serra has designed the interiors of FUBA in Madrid, Spain.

FUBA (Futuristic Bakery) is an innovative bakery in Madrid's Chamberí district that redefines gluten-free pastry through a disruptive spatial concept designed for the client Fabián León.

The design explores the duality of origin and future, manifesting as a continuous, organic architectural "skin" reminiscent of an ancestral cave.

A central stainless steel table and curved display niches anchor the retail area, which transitions through organic arches into an on-site production workshop.

By blending natural stone with futuristic metallic finishes under an ethereal skylight, FUBA creates an immersive environment bridging tradition with culinary innovation.
