Holloway Li has designed the interiors of Mason & Fifth Belsize Park in London, United Kingdom.

Holloway Li transforms a historic late-19th-century mansion block in London's Belsize Park into a 56-bed boutique guesthouse for Mason & Fifth.

Developed in collaboration with architects New-Works, this project reimagines hospitality retrofit interiors through a low-impact, circular economy approach centred on reuse, adaptability and repair.

Rather than relying on conventional strip-out refurbishment, the interiors use rejected limestone, demountable joinery systems and expressive repaired finishes to minimise waste and embodied carbon.

Shared communal spaces organised around the idea of the hearth create a warm, domestic atmosphere, demonstrating how heritage buildings can be sustainably adapted for contemporary long-stay hospitality.
