Tom Dixon's Design Research Studio and A31 Architecture have designed the interiors of the Aimasia Residence in Mykonos, Greece.

Aimasia Residence is a collaboration between A31 Architecture and Tom Dixon's Design Research Studio.

Geology is the central narrative; local marble, Mykonian stone and mineral finishes ground every surface in the island's rugged terrain.

Spaces are divided thematically, each expressing a distinct materiality – while custom lighting prototypes, bespoke sculptural artworks and a curated selection of design icons give the interiors a layered, collector's intimacy.

A suspended boulder in the entrance staircase sets the tone on arrival: dramatic, unexpected, and unmistakably of this place.

The result is a residence that feels both deeply site-specific and quietly extraordinary.
