After winning a competition to remodel a 350m2 space, Smartvoll created an extraordinary loft apartment in the old Panzerhalle, an industrial brick shed in Salzburg.

The challenge was to preserve the building’s historical space and environment whilst filling the room with natural light and retaining its overall volume. This project allowed for the Panzerhalle to be restyled with contemporary design and functional architecture, which also influenced the historical building as a whole.
