Ceramic Bodies is a collection of four vases that fit together to form a three-dimensional puzzle, but still remain identifiable as individual bodies.

Ceramic Bodies is a 3D puzzle of mutually deforming vases. Each vase is part of an overall composition of four soft interlocking volumes, which influence each other by different degrees of viscosity.

The set-up consists of four volumes that are arranged in a bounding box, with an edge length of 150 mm. Due to different viscosities, there is a hierarchy of soft interlocking within this bounding box.

This project has been longlisted in the homeware design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
