Atelier Archmixing has designed an "offline" retail space that contains a house-like structure in Shanghai.
To build the first offline store for this online brand, the crucial challenge was how to transform a bleak restaurant in a suburban shopping mall to an attractive store, to better entice new consumers and increase the repurchase rate together with the online sources.
The studio has created six installations to improve space environment, and used dynamic videos in varying sizes to enhance consumer's shopping experience.
This project has been longlisted in the large retail interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
