RotoBed Home
by Hans Sandgren Jakobsen

Hans Sandgren Jakobsen

RotoBed Home is able to rotate users from sleeping positions to sitting upright in a chair in less than one minute.

RotoBed Home enables people with pain and disabilities to get in and out of bed with little to no help, and with less or no pain, enabling some users to become entirely self-reliant. Users can stay mobile longer and experience more dignity, as well as a higher quality of life.

This project has been longlisted in the furniture design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
