Ruxton Rise Residence has been designed to highlight what can be achieved on a small site, without compromising on space.

The result is an uncomplicated design that embraces honesty, simplicity, privacy, warmth, clean air and an abundance of natural light.

The home celebrates the beauty in the ordinary things of everyday life, and the design was led by the fundamental principle that simplicity enables idleness, and the time we spend idle makes for a healthier state of mind.

This project has been longlisted in the urban house category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
