Designed by Curvink Architects, Embers is a restaurant and bar designed to look like a forest in Taipei, Taiwan.

The studio has steam-bent the trees for thee bar space and used natural materials from mountain conifers sourced from the forestry in Taiwan.

The designers have used domestic trees to highlight Taiwan's sustainable and generational timber industry.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
