French design studio CoBe has designed three buildings for an eco-district in France.

The project consists of several buildings located on the PB5 block of the ZAC Ile-Saint-Denis river eco-district, supported by Plaine Commune Développement.

The PB5 block is designed as an island of greenery, featuring a square in the center of a district.


This project has been longlisted in the business building category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
