Cultivate Collection is the first CC-Tapis collection of flat weave rugs where you can do the rug design.

To create the rugs, cc-tapis translated Himuro's novel jacquard weaving technique into an Indian flatweave. The nature of the design renders the rug infinitely customizable, allowing each owner to embrace the gesture of cutting, revealing colorful flat weave beneath the first layer of woolen threads.

This project has been longlisted in the product design category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
