Within the scope of an inner-city re-densification, a development of seven houses with 50 apartments has been created by Baur & Latsch Architekten.
In terms of grain size and materiality, the buildings are based on the existing small-scale structures of the neighbourhood and form the new end of a porous city block. Closed, light-coloured clinker facades characterise the densely packed structure. To the south, the buildings open up extensively to the added wooden balconies.
