Plus X Brighton is a purpose built innovation hub designed to be the healthiest workplace in the UK.

At its heart is a five-storey co-working space with state-of-the-art facilities including digital studios and prototyping labs, along with two floors of traditional office space and a rooftop terrace.

Plus X challenges the status quo of typical office buildings to provide a high quality workspace model, tailored to the unique needs of creative, entrepreneurial businesses.

The building will to not only transform a once vibrant industrial area but support a new generation of innovators and entrepreneurs to boost the UK's economy.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
