NC Design & Architecture has designed Timber House in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong.

This project aims to provide a sense of cabin living in the middle of the city – Timber House is a residential complex sited in Hong Kong, one of the most densely populated cities in the world.

NC Design & Architecture has incorporated rarely-seen forest elements throughout the overall design of the residence, with the aim of building a tranquil forest residence in the midst of a bustling downtown area.

The building consists of six unique areas – each influenced by a "treehouse" element – together it seeks to bring residents on a curiosity journey within this hillside setting.

This project has been longlisted in the apartment interior category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
