Koto Living has created a Nordic-inspired modular home in rural England with sustainable luxury and sweeping views.
The project is a sustainable cantilevered two-bedroom home located in the Cotswolds. The architecturally designed upside-down modular home was created to maximise the views of the surrounding nature from the first floor living spaces, creating the feeling of living within the trees. The lower floor was designed to accommodate the bedrooms and more intimate spaces.
The timeless aesthetic of minimalist 'quiet luxury' that Koto Living embodies is accentuated in the home's sustainable interior and curated furniture pack. The raw exposed CLT walls and structure throughout the internal spaces contrast to the black exterior to create a sense of calm.
