Perkins&Will has designed the interiors of the Acciona Campus, rooted in nature and the elements in Madrid, Spain.

The Acciona Campus puts employees and their well-being at the heart of the design.

Set amongst 10 hectares at the city's highest point, the three campus buildings connect 4,000 people in a progressive workplace at the intersection of sustainability, community and innovation.

The campus redefines the workplace, offering more than just offices – it creates experiences that attract and retain talent.

This project fosters collaboration, integration and engagement; from coworking areas to event spaces, it blends efficiency with hospitality, ensuring employees do not just work here, they thrive, connect and enjoy it.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
