Architects Office has designed AGE360, a 124-metre-high residential tower in Curitiba, Brazil.

Merging innovation, functionality, sustainability and architectural poetry, this project redefines the city's skyline.

AGE360, a residential building project led by Gregory Bousquet, reshapes the Ecoville neighbourhood in Curitiba with a vertical architectural landmark that integrates technical innovation, sustainability and quality of life.

Rising 124 metres, it was designed as an "urban icon", reflecting the balance between structural pragmatism and architectural poetry.

Its diamond-sculpted volumetry, featuring chamfered surfaces and a concrete exoskeleton, allows for open, pillar-free layouts, defining the tower's distinctive facade grid while maximising flexibility and uninterrupted views.

In addition, vegetation plays a key role, with green terraces strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

This project has been longlisted in the housing category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
