Drawing inspiration from the natural tones found in baking, the colour palette features warm hues and stainless steel elements, reflecting the tools used in breadmaking.

This project engages regional artists and designers, commissioning works that deeply connect the space to its cultural and material context.

Natural materials were prioritised for their sustainability and tactile appeal, while custom wireframe furniture enhances natural light dynamics and minimises material use.

As a result, the design fosters a dialogue about craft and local identity, creating a visually compelling and culturally resonant space.

This project has been longlisted in the bar and cafe interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
