Civilian's design for the new headquarters of Amika reimagines the post-pandemic workplace by prioritising collaboration and employee wellbeing.

This 1,765-square-metre space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, accommodates hybrid work styles and fosters team connections, while also serving as an event and training venue.

The design balances Amika's bold brand colours with warm, neutral tones, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages re-engagement with the office.

Custom furniture, flexible layouts and thoughtful use of natural light and acoustic treatments enhance productivity, inclusivity and creativity, ensuring the space is both functional and inspiring for a dynamic, hybrid workforce.
