Physical Space has designed the bathroom interiors of the Forest Bath in a Bozeman split-level home in Montana, United States.

The Forest Bath is the final piece in the transformation of a 1967 split-level home in Bozeman, redesigned by architect Allison Bryan for herself and her daughter.

The compact guest bathroom, tonally rich and transportive, serves as a moment of calm and minimalism, featuring deep green plaster, hand-selected Spanish tile and custom lighting and fixtures.

Inspired by Allison's travels and global design references, the space evokes Japanese restraint and Scandinavian clarity and was "designed to feel like an atmospheric escape, a world apart from the rest of the home," said Physical Space.

This project has been longlisted in the bathroom interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
