Box 9 Design has designed the interiors of Denton Hall, a Grade 1 listed grand Palladian home set within Denton Reserve in Yorkshire, England.

The purpose of the restoration was to enable, elevate and invite guests to interact with the exceptional natural landscape surrounding the hall and the re-wilding of the wider reserve.

The design intends to prioritise nature and to rejuvenate guests in a remarkable place, to allow space to pause and reconnect with each other, with nature and to leave a legacy of positive change.

The vast spaces are intimate whilst also generous and engaging, the smallest, beautifully crafted details are given space to breathe, inviting its guests to look closer.

This project has been longlisted in the hotel and short stay interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
