Juri Troy Architects has designed the new office extension at the company headquarters of Windkraft Simonsfeld in Ernstbrunn, Austria.

The expansion of the company headquarters of Windkraft Simonsfeld AG became necessary due to the strong growth of the company.

A new two-storey building was added to the existing building designed by architect Reinberg, framing a central atrium.

The structure interferes minimally with the existing building and integrates it into a new overall concept.

"In line with the guiding principle, 'We build for the future,' great importance was attached to sustainability," said Juri Troy Architects .

Wood, as a renewable raw material and a resource-conserving building concept, took centre stage.

The result is a contemporary, ecological building that combines functional requirements with design quality.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable building category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
