Be U Interiors has renovated the bathroom interiors of For the Love of Deco, an apartment in a Heritage-listed Art Deco building in Sydney, Australia.

Delivering an homage to Paris in Woolloomooloo, the style and elegance of a Parisian apartment was the inspiration for this renovation of a one-bedroom Art Deco apartment in cosmopolitan Sydney.

When purchased, the property had the 1980s interiors from the original conversion from commercial space to residential apartments, a complete mismatch with the exterior.

The aim was to honour the history, elegance and design aesthetic of the building, transforming the space into a smart, practical residence for a professional couple whose hobbies include music, entertaining and participating in CBD activities.

This project has been longlisted in the bathroom interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
